The home is, (and should always be), a special place. It’s where we relax, recharge, and spend time with the ones we’re close to. It should be filled with items that help facilitate relaxation, fun, and a general good vibe throughout. But, how do you choose the right items, especially with all the options out there?
I used to struggle when it came to picking out things for the home, especially home decor items. But, I’ve found a lot of items that just work. Here are 26 items for your home that will improve your space:

Floating shelves are a great addition to any room. They can be a place to display other items or use for storage. When placed correctly, they can even be a great place for plants to flourish! I absolutely love plants and honestly can’t get enough of them. They’re living decor! There are a lot of options out there for hanging planters but I’m especially fond of the macrame style. They can blend in seamlessly with any type of decor and despite the look of them, are pretty easy to install.

Books shelves do not have to only hold books but if you have a book collection like I do, you need more than 1 shelf to house them all. They are also great for holding board games, figurines, plants (of course), and just about anything else you need storage for, (or want to display). Lastly, if you want comfort and a great place to game, I’ve yet to find a chair that matches this one even when I’ve gone far over this one’s price point. It’s $109, comes with a removable head pillow and back pillow, and doesn’t make those long hours of gaming give you a stiff neck or back.
7. A Comfy Chaise Lounge

Who doesn’t love cozy blankets? They can serve a dual purpose of comfort and some style. Use blankets to add pops of color to your living areas.
