Having a crock pot really does make life easier, (especially during busy weeks). There are loads of recipes out there for the crock pot. Some, however, aren’t very healthy. If you’re interested in something easy to make – AND – a recipe that’s healthy – This one could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Healthy Crock Pot Green Beans Meal Recipe
This recipe is a great go-to crock pot recipe for those busy weekdays. It's made with healthier ingredients and tastes great every single time!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Green Beans
- 6-12 Red Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes
- 3 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 package Turkey Bacon
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
Instructions

Snap off the ends of green beans and place them inside crock pot.

Cut Potatoes into halves and put them inside the crock pot.

Brown turkey bacon in each side. Let cool. Cut into small pieces and add to crock pot.

Pour in Bone broth.

Add all spices and gently mix together.

Put crock pot on high and allow to cook for 5-8 hours.
